All group runs are currently suspended until further guidance from PHO and ViaSport


The running portion of our club is lead by run leaders who are volunteers within the club and have completed the community coaching certification.

We currently post all runs on the SAA Calendar.

When we return our runs are:

Sunday long slow runs- various starting locations around the lower mainland

Summer start times are at 8:00am and the remainder of the year at 8:30am. See the SAA Calendar for specifics.

The distances on Sundays are very easy to adapt the to your needs. The planned route is usually between 14-20km. Most of them are out and back, or a loop that has a shorter option. Some of our athletes run for 30 min, if they are coming off an injury, all the way up to some of our runners doing 30+ km. We also have a wide variety of paces.

We run rain or shine, so make sure you have appropriate attire for the elements, and some dry clothes for enjoying coffee or treats after.

  • Various Trail races
  • Others include destination races, ultra marathons and many more events.
