Weekend Racing and Training

This is a LONG post so settle in and get ready to be proud of your fellow SAA members!

On Sunday, we had three people racing in two fantastic locations.

Joanne F and Dan Mc ran the Peach City 1/2 Marathon in Penticton. Joanne came 1st in her age group, came 2nd woman overall in the event and ran a PR time. Dan Mc also ran a PR, came 3rd in his new age group and celebrated a birthday. Happy Birthday Dan!

Mary L completed her first triathlon after the birth of her beautiful daughter in Honolulu. Fantastic job and great photo.

On Monday, Duncan B, Les P, Werner S and Mary B completed the North Shore Triathlon. Congratulations Mary on being 2nd in your age group.

We had some notable training sessions going on in Whistler and Osoyoos this weekend also. Great job to everyone!
