SAA Club Runs: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays

In general, the weekly training schedule for runs is:
Check the SAA Google calendar to confirm locations

Tuesday:
Steveston Starbucks.
6:30 pm start.
10k pace run, or shorter if desired.

Thursday:
Terra Nova for speed work, skills, drills or Vancouver for hill training.
6:30 pm start

Sunday:

Various locations & distances

**The “scheduled” run on Sundays can be adjusted to suit specific needs and may be anywhere between 10K to 35K depending on your personal goals/schedule.
8:30 am start.
