Starting November 3 for 6 weeks we will be meeting at 6:30 pm sharp for track sessions at Minoru Track.

We will be coached by Malcolm Smillie for this 6 week session. Malcolm will set the program, give input and feedback for a progression of 6 weeks. He will coach who ever shows up however strongly recommends that you plan to attend all 6 weeks for full benefit. He starts right on time at 6:30pm and the workout will include warm up, dynamic stretching, focused training and cool down. Please be on time.



The running portion of our club is lead by run leaders who are volunteers within the club and have completed the community coaching certification.

We currently post all runs on the SAA Calendar.

The regular runs are:

Tuesday evening start at 6:30pm at Steveston Starbucks

Distance on Tuesdays is between 6km-10km

Thursday evening start at 6:30pm at Terra Nova Starbucks or Hill repeats starting at Sea Island Way Starbucks or Track Workouts starting at Minoru Track.

Distance on Thursdays is between 6km-10km

Sunday long slow runs- various starting locations around the lower mainland

Summer start times are at 7:30am and the remainder of the year at 8:30am. See the SAA Calendar for specifics.

Distance on Sundays is between 16km-32km?? Very easy to adapt the distance to your needs.
