Community Coaching Course in Richmond

Well, it’s been a week and I want to let everyone know that I’m still excited about the fact that I volunteered to take over as President of the Board for the SAA. If you’re a new member or if we haven’t had a chance to chat in a while, please come up say, “Hi!” I invite you to do the same with our new board. You can find the updated contact information for our new and returning board members here.

In thinking about my new role with the club, I realize that I’m going to need your help. There are many ways that you can contribute to the club: by volunteering as group leader, by helping out at club events, and more. If you’ve more ideas about how you can help, please let me know!

Along these lines, there is a great opportunity coming up in Richmond that I’d like to let everyone know about. Our very own Coach Tracey is hosting the Community Coaching Course offered by TriBC (this course is a requirement for all of our volunteer leaders). I’ve taken this course and can recommend it highly – especially with a great facilitator like Tracey!
