Spinning Has Returned!
We’re pleased to announce the return of our Saturday spin sessions starting Saturday November 4. Our new sponsor, Back in Motion Physiotherapy, has graciously offered us use of their facility. Here are the specifics:
Start time: 8:30am lasting 60 to 90 minutes
Coached by: the amazing Sonya Vanderwel
Location: Back in Motion Physiotherapy #140 – 6651 Elmbridge Way, Richmond
Bring: Your road bike or tri bike, bike trainer, mat, nutrition, water (you know the drill)
Dress: You’ll likely want something warm to start that can easily be removed. After 20 minutes it will feel like a July afternoon in Pemberton (but with better music).
Oh yeah: bring a breakfast item. The best part of the morning is the “breakfast buffet” and great company that follows!
