SAA Outdoor Club Rides:

Outdoor Wednesday & Saturday rides are back on again and start up this April 1st at 6:30

Bike safety / rules: Here

SAA Guidelines: Here

Our Spring/Summer cycling program builds distance towards various distance triathlon races.  Each year the training program is geared towards several race distances and this year we have targeted Ironman Canada as the race we are training towards as well as other shorter distance races for 2015 . Don’t worry if you’re not doing one of those races, you can still join the group for the ride and choose the distance that suits you.

Please remember that your safety and well being is our concern, BUT you have to ensure that on each and every ride you are self sufficient and that you carry all the necessary supplies needed for the distance you’re planning and that you include a cell phone as well as a printed map if you desire. Should you have any questions about what you should bring, please ask one of the coaches or send an email to president@thesaa.ca

* Any cancellation of the ride will be posted on the SAA Google calendar at least 1.5 hours before the start as well as the SAA Facebook page.
