Race Report: Cultus Lake Tri & Grouse Grind Challenge
Sunday, Sept.14th proved to be an amazing day with Duane J and Robbie J (2nd in AG) racing the sprint distance race at Cultus Lake Tri.  Perfect weather for the race.  Over 200 sprint athletes, 145 Olympic athletes and 12 Olympic relay teams.  This race was the last local triathlon for the year.
On the same day, Barton P participated in the annual Grouse Grind Challenge, the 2.9 km race up the face of Grouse Mountain. Â That’s 2,830 stairs with a 2,800 ft elevation gain. Â Â [The Grouse Grind Challenge was named by Competitor.com as one of the 24 hardest North American running races]
AÂ great way to enjoy that sunny Sunday. Â Well done.
