Motivational Speaker

We are pleased to announce that Coach Tracey has arranged for Shaunna Taylor PhD and Mental Performance Consultant will be speaking at the swim workout on Friday May 3, 2013.

Shaunna will be on deck to speak to the group from 7am – 7:20am with 10 minutes for questions.
Bring a towel or hoodie and a thermos of hot tea to keep warm if you like.
