Race Report 7 November 2010

Today was the 41st running of the New York City Marathon. It runs through 5 New York burroughs from  Staten Island through Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx to Manhattan where it finishes in Central Park.  A beautiful run with a ton of spectators.  If you’ve not done it before, it’s a great race.  Temperatures early this morning before the race start were around 2 or 3 Celsius (chilly) and were closer to 6 by the time Debbie Samsom and Dan McLaren actually got started on the course and it warmed up to about 10 degrees (about 50 F) by the time they finished.  Both Debbie and Dan had great races.  Congratulations to you both.
