500/500/300 choice swim – no toys (count your strokes every 4th 50) :30r

swim/pull set:
300 swim at 75% :30r
3 x 100 pull at 80% on :15r

Kick/swim set:
4 x 50 swim non free or IM strokes 2 x 25 each on :10r
2 x 100 kick on :20r NO FINS

swim set:
6/4/4 x 250 at 85%! – 3 on :20
3 on :30r with fins
8/8/4 x 50 stroke count to cool down – keep at warm up count :15r
