SAA Annual General Meeting Reminder

                            Richmond 
                            (ask at the front desk for the room, or look for an SAA director)

Light refreshements & DOOR PRIZES will be offered. Please make an effort to attend the club AGM as this is a member’s club and we need to hear from our members to shape our future.

Director elections will take place along with voting on proposed AGM bylaw changes. Details of the proposed AGM bylaws will be made available prior to the AGM.

If you are interested in helping out with the club and a Director role interests you, then please send your name and a short paragraph about yourself to secretary@thesaa.ca. All diretor positions are 1 year terms (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Director at Large, potentially TWO new (2nd & 3rd Director at Large). Descriptions of the roles can be found in the SAA constitution on the SAA website.
