Bike Maint. Clinic – MOVED TO FEB 13th
UPDATE: Due to a scheduling conflict the Bike Maintenance Clinic has been moved to SATURDAY FEB 13th at SPEED THEORY.
Wanting to know how to change a flat and clean your bike properly, well the experts at Speed Thoery are putting on a short class for SAA on Saturday Feb 6th Feb 13th at Speed Theory (2616 West 4th Ave).
To get us into the cycling mood there will be a Spin session at 8 am, followed by the maintenance clinic. So bring your trainer and bike and towel and come for a spin then some lessons on bike maintenance. There will be a $2 charge for the spin session.

Hey I’d like to come to the spin session however I don’t have a trainer yet. Just curious if anyone has a used one they’d like to sell or if there’s a store which sells them for cheap, thanks.
