SAA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – March 13th

SAA AGM

                            (ask at the front desk for the room, or look for an SAA director)

Light refreshements will be offered. Please make an effort to attend the club AGM as this is a member’s club and we need to hear from our members to shape our future.

Director elections will take place along with voting on proposed AGM bylaw changes. Details of the proposed AGM bylaws will be made available prior to the AGM.

If you are interested in a Director role for the upcoming year please send your name and a short paragraph about yourself to secretary@thesaa.ca. All diretor positions are 1 year terms (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Director at Large, potentially a new (2nd Director at Large). Descriptions of the roles can be found in the SAA constitution on the SAA website.
